CBD oil is a natural oil which is extracted from cannabis plant. It is used by people all over the world for a variety of purposes. Depending on the formulation of a product, it may contain other beneficial components such as omega fatty acids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
For me CBD has helped decrease the constant pain in my feet due to plantar fasciitis. I use both the rub and the tincture. I also use the tincture for my stress and mood. I especially like how it "takes the edge off" of my body aches and makes it easier to relax and sleep at night.
I got CBD for everyone in my family. One of my daughters has been struggling with severe depression and we’ve found that the CBD oil at bedtime allows her to calm and rest and then during the day it’s been a great supplement to help boost her mood a little bit. I have used it for myself to help with getting my work done and we’re going to try it on my youngest daughter to try and help her sleep. It’s been a pretty great addition and has really helped us with a wide variety of problems.
When we first got the CBD oil we got some of the stress spray to try also. The oil itself is helpful but for my daughter’s anxiety and depression we’ve found that the spray is the best thing. It works almost like a rescue spray because if she’s feeling overwhelmed, sad and depressed, or anxious she can just spray it in her mouth a few times and the difference is really noticeable. It’s been a lifesaver and we’ve even gone back to get more.
I had a TBI a few years ago which has greatly affected my ability to focus among other things. Once I started using the CBD oil in the morning, I noticed it helped me be able to focus and made it much easier to pay attention. At night, it has helped my mind calm down enough to make falling asleep easier as well. It has also helped with menstruation pain which was an added bonus that I did not expect.
I have one of the most energetic kids I've ever been in contact with. He literally never stops. We decided to try the CBD gummies because why not? No one was sleeping anyway so what harm could it do? They have worked well. It took a few days, but I started noticing little things - he could actually sit still long enough to read a book, or lay in bed, and he wasn't making his toys fight while also closing his eyes thinking we were fooled by him pretending to sleep. Because he sleeps better at night he wakes up in a better mood which I know for sure because once I forgot to give him the gummy before bed and he was like a different kid the next day (and not a kid I would have wanted him to trade places with). I like my kid again at bedtime, which is important when you're a parent.

For as long as I can remember I have been a notoriously bad sleeper, mostly due to anxiety and racing thoughts. Everything I've tried either didn't work or made me feel groggy and dragging the next day. CBD oil is the only thing that has helped me fall asleep, stay asleep, and wake up feeling good. If I wake up, I can go back to sleep fairly quickly without my mind running away with me. I ultimately have a better day because I'm not so tired which improves my life overall.

Having chronic pain makes sleeping well and through the night difficult to accomplish. I started using CBD oil to help in any way it possibly can and though it isn’t a cure all, I have finally been able to sleep though the night which I haven’t done in 10 years.
Jeff recommended using CBD oil for my anxiety to help for anxiety that I felt even with medications. I started using it very slowly and have adjusted my dose a couple of times and found the right dose that helps really lower the amount of anxiety that I feel during the day. I also am sleeping a little bit better and that’s probably because I don’t feel as anxious when I go to sleep
I have played volleyball most weekends and try to be really active, but that comes with a lot of aches, pains, and stiffness. I skeptically started using CBD oil in the morning and at night and I started to notice when I woke up that I wasn’t having quite the same amount of joint pain. I can actually get out of bed without hanging onto something to keep myself upright which is an improvement I’ve never seen before with anything else.
